German enforcer Emre Can is close to securing his Liverpool exit and linking up with Italian giants Juventus, according to a reliable journalist.
Sky Sports Italy reporter Gianluca Di Marzio, who is a reliable source of information, has claimed on his personal website that the 24-year-old is near to an Anfield exit with his contract expiring this summer.
It is understood that he is “almost” a Juventus player and will undergo a medical on Thursday with them ahead of his switch.

Liverpool have already confirmed that Can has not been handed a new contract at Anfield and will be on his way out of Anfield this summer. The central midfielder is a powerhouse that has shown moments of brilliance during his four years in England, but it seems like now is a good time for him to move on. He should fit in well with Serie A giants Juventus and perhaps a fresh move to Italy could help him recreate the kind of form he has shown in the past for national side Germany. Liverpool have already managed to replace him in their first-team squad with Naby Keita and Fabinho, who will both arrive at Anfield next season with big pressure to succeed. Jurgen Klopp does now have perhaps stronger options in the centre of the park and they look ready to launch a real go at the Premier League title next season. They just need to find a truly world-class goalkeeper to go in-between the sticks and they could be well on their way to major success in the coming years.
