Liverpool will look to gain immediate revenge over Chelsea as the two sides meet for the second time in a week on Saturday, and Jurgen Klopp is expected to ring in the changes.

Chelsea came out on top against the Reds in a 2-1 Carabao Cup win on Wednesday, condemning Liverpool to their first loss of the season in all competitions.

Klopp made several changes for that tie as he rested his key players for their Premier League title push, which resumes against the Blues at Stamford Bridge in the late kick-off tomorrow.

In goal, he is expected to reinstate Alisson for Simon Mignolet.

In defence, a back four of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joel Matip, Joe Gomez, and Andy Robertson are expected to line up. That sees Nathaniel Clyne, Dejan Lovren and Alberto Moreno all axed.

In midfield, a trio of Gini Wijnaldum, Jordan Henderson and James Milner is expected to be chosen, with summer signings Fabinho and Naby Keita dropping out.

And finally, in attack, the usual suspects of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, and Roberto Firmino are expected to line up, with summer signing Xherdan Shaqiri and Daniel Sturridge axed.

Overall, this means eight changes for Klopp as he looks to get back to winning ways and maintain their 100% record in the league.
