Liverpool attacker Roberto Firmino seems to be struggling as of late and it seems a lot of fans didn’t believe that changed in the first 45 minutes against Everton on Saturday. One supporter even politely asked the Brazilian forward to stop stinking up the place against the Toffees despite the 27-year-old not doing anything overly wrong. While Firmino was sloppy on a couple of occasions with his passes, there was no need for his display to be ripped apart in the way several fans did. The 27-year-old almost had the perfect chance to silence his critics around the 20 minute mark as he had a good opportunity to have a shot on goal. Firmino may have ended up dragging his shot wide on that occasion but by getting himself in such a good position, it shows there were positives signs to be seen for the attacker. Hopefully Jurgen Klopp doesn’t drag Firmino off at half-time as the forward is capable of being a match-winner in the Merseyside Derby.
