Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is expected to recall attacker Divock Origi for his side’s clash with Huddersfield Town on Friday night.

The Belgian international has impressed the German with his attitude and commitment over the past few months, and will likely get his chance against the Terriers as Klopp looks ahead to next Wednesday’s Champions League semi final against Barcelona.

Roberto Firmino will surely be the man to drop out for Origi, as he was against Porto recently, while Jordan Henderson can also expect to miss out on Friday with James Milner likely to replace him.

Those will probably be the only two changes made by Klopp for the Huddersfield game, which you can bet on with Betfred sign up offers, as he looks to maintain his side’s assault on the Premier League title.

Alisson has been absolutely superb in his debut season in English football and it’s unthinkable that he would be dropped for this one. Trent Alexander-Arnold, meanwhile, will likely keep his place despite struggling against Cardiff City last time out.

Andrew Robertson is almost certain to start at left back, while Joel Matip and Virgil van Dijk have separated themselves as Klopp’s first choice centre back pairing and will surely remain in place here.

In central midfield, as mentioned, Milner will surely replace Henderson on Friday. The Reds captain should be given a rest ahead of the Barcelona game, while Georginio Wijnaldum and Naby Keita will likely keep their places in the middle of the park.

Up front, Origi can expect to replace Firmino. Other than that, though, it will surely be business as usual. Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane can both expect to keep their places at the sharp end of the pitch.
