OPINION
There have been some strange transfer rumours already throughout the opening to the summer window this year, but now there is a real confusing rumour for Liverpool fans. According to Le Parisien, Paris Saint-Germain are considering a move for James Milner this summer, much to the amusement of the Reds’ faithful. The midfielder is now 33-years of age, and has racked up 61 international caps with England since 2009, and if reports are true he could be having to consider his future in the coming months, and decide where he will be playing his football as of next season. The Liverpool fans however, do not think there is much in the reports on the suggested interest in the midfielder, with one fan reacting on social media, saying: “Mbappe and 100 mil”, which may seen like a pretty ludicrous response, but the original transfer rumour also has to be considered as pretty unbelievable. It seems unlikely that Milner would leave Anfield to play for the French giants at this stage in his career, but stranger things have happened.
