Japan World Cup star Keisuke Honda’s agent Kees Ploegsma has stated that the CSKA Moscow forward’s game would suit the Premier League. The player has been linked with moves to both Liverpool and Arsenal and Ploegsma told Sport.co.uk:
“I think he would suit the Premier League because he is a very good footballer. He could play anywhere in the world. I think he can cope with the physical nature of the Premier League. If he can cope in the Russian league, than he can cope in England.”
Both Liverpool and Arsenal were reportedly interested in the Japanese international when he was at Dutch VVV Venlo but Russian side CSKA eventually won the race to sign the player for €6million back in January this year.
If none of these new strikers are better than Babel and Kyut why are we still looking for a striker?
Babel hs ability but never really shows it.
Kuyt never had ability and even James Beattie is better than him but that doesn’t make him good enough for LFC

Kuyt normally scores when played up front and not on the wing. Especially in the big games e.g. vs Everton
Beattie is better than Kuyt what a load of bollox, Kuyt was one of the best players at the world cup and Honda would be a great signing sell Babel buy Honda.

We need atleast 4 quality players this season.. Honda has proved his credentials already.. Please sign him LFC..
we should also look at tuilo- he put a lot of effort in during the WC and has a lot of aerial ability, honda is a must buy though as he is able to play soo many positions left back central defence right back mid right mid left mid and striker lol…..if only we had him last season+the japs love buying premier league shirts we just gotta give em a reason to buy ours
