Liverpool may have to brace themselves for a double bid from Paris Saint-Germain, according to Foot-Sur7. PSG Chief Executive Nasser Al-Khelaifi wants both Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino at the Parc des Princes, the French website reports.

Khelaifi believes the Brazilian pair have an innate understanding of each other’s game and could compliment each other in a similar way playing for the French champions.

PSG are prepared to allow another Brazilian to go the other way as part of the deal, Foot-Sur7 believes, with winger Lucas Moura to be proposed as part of a part exchange deal for Coutinho and Firmino.

Coutinho has also been linked with Barcelona and Real Madrid in recent days but Sky Sports Spanish football expert Guillem Balague does not believe either Spanish club currently see the Brazilian as a primary transfer target despite his excellent performances for the Reds.

This could leave PSG as the firm favourites if they make a move next summer, unless Liverpool can tie the Brazilian down to a new contract, ending the transfer speculation.
