According to The Mirror, it’s full steam ahead for Liverpool in the chase for powerful Dutch winger Quincy Promes of Spartak Moscow.
With the Reds losing Sadio Mane to AFCON over the coming weeks we need to, ideally, bring in a similar player and they do not seem to come much similar than Promes.
The Spartak man can play anywhere in the front three and has a ludicrous amount of pace and power that sees him beat defenders with ease.
It certainly sounds like we could be describing Sadio Mane and so it appears the Reds are ready to really try and get this one over the line.
The Dutch winger is reportedly valued at £25 million by his current club and so if he can have the same impact as Mane has on the side we think that would be money well spent.
