OPINION
Adam Lallana is in the final year of his contract with Liverpool and after earning just 25 Premier League appearances in the last two seasons, it is not a surprise to see so many fans taking to Twitter to urge the Merseyside club to get rid of the midfielder. Lallana, 31, is a very good player and he has earned the respect of the Anfield faithful, but his injury problems are just so hard to ignore, especially when he is reportedly earning £110,000-a-week, according to statistics website Spotrac. Jurgen Klopp does not really need Lallana. Even when he is fit, the former Southampton midfielder is a bit-part player – he only started five times in the league last term. Liverpool can do better than Lallana, so Klopp should try to get rid of him this summer and bring in a younger player who is on a lower wage, has great potential and most importantly, can stay fit. Lallana should not have an issue in finding a new club. He could play for any team outside the top-six.

Yep I agree, he is 31 years old, has a high wage, and only played one good game last season. Selling him and replacing him with a new thirsty young player is the way to go. He done well during his time, but it is time to leave. Lallana is not at LFC level anymore

As much as I hate to admit it. Yes I don't see any reason for keeping lallana

I've said it many times before. He's had his time. If he loves the club, he should go so that we can be better.

Yeah Lallana is the only midfielder who I’d be ok with the club actively moving on. Not about ability, he is literally injured all the time. Would be good to find a player who offers his skill set but hopefully at a higher less injured level.
