Liverpool have been credited with an interest in Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard over the weekend by journalist Ian McGarry on the Transfer Window Podcast.
Premier League rivals Leicester City and Arsenal are also believed to be in the running for the 23-year-old, who has 20 goals this season in all competitions.
Jurgen Klopp is expected to go in search of an out and out striker this summer as the Reds look to diversify their options in attack.
A prolific goalscorer north of the border, the link to Edouard have left many Kopites debating whether the Frenchman would be able to make the grade at Anfield.
