Recently owngoalnigeria used quotes purporting that Liverpool were interested in youngster Henry Onyekuru.
Nothing, of course, came of that and so you’d be forgiven for thinking that was that with that particular rumour but it now appears that things haven’t completely gone quiet.
The 19-year-old has now been linked with Sevilla by Estadio Deportivo and so it makes you wonder whether we should be looking more seriously at him after all.
The Spanish side are flying in La Liga at the moment and seem to know a player when they sign one – the likes of Luciano Vietto and Wissam Ben Yedder have shown that in recent times.
Of course, the Reds may have never been interested in him in the first place, too, but if we are it looks like we’ll have to be ready for a battle with one of Europe’s most up and coming sides.
